Compost Bin Hot Tub

The compost bin hot tub is a result of David, Ben, Peanut and Doug at Ben's base jumping into a compost bin. The question then became how many people can you fit in a compost bin.

Iteration #1

David, Ben, Peanut, and Doug in the compost bin.

The first time it happened Peanut had jumped in the bin with David. The question then became how to fit more players. The event occurred September 30th, 2022.

After experimenting and testing we managed to fit all 4 of us in there.

Method

We discovered that only two people can fit in the bin standing up, but with the help of a trap door we realized that people lying down don't count towards the limit.

1. One person jump in the bin and head to a corner.
2. On the opposite corner the second player begins to enter, pushing slowly until you slide in.
3. Close the trap door, and have the crushed players move towards the hinges on the trap door.
4. The next person can jump in and join the party.
5. Repeat until all players are in the compost bin hot tub.

Discoveries

• This can work with other similar blocks like a cauldron.
• You can lock yourselves in a block with other players, the only option is to teleport out.

Iteration #1.5

We had trapped ourselves when testing the cauldron. The easiest way out was to teleport, but we somehow managed to open the trap door from inside.
