The condo tower was a mega project envisioned by David, the idea was to have a lower "podium" level with amenities and large scale operations, and in the upper floors create something more condo-like housing various farms, rooms, builds and other things as seen fit.
Amenities & Builds
The tower featured many builds and amenities, often crammed in together to make the most efficient use of space.
Overview
Garage
The garage featured space for horse parking, chests, a workstation and farms in a loft style overhang.
Lobby
The lobby featured a temporary dance pole and stage for impromptu performances. It also featured an orange-floored walkway to the nether portal, as well as a shipping and receiving area.
Storage Room
The storage room is one of the most ambitious storage projects on the server. It was going to be fully auto-sorted with 319,788 item slots, with a maximum capacity of 20,466,432 blocks.

Events & Activities
The Condo Tower is one of the few locations Jarrad has performed for compensation on the server. His debut performance was paid for in iron ingots by David.
