The Grand Library was built by David on the Castles & Casinos & Villages server. It sat just outside the Castle on the way to Peanut's base.

Construction

The building was inspired by the Toronto Reference Library and the decision to offset it was made to give the building some character despite it's stone construction. It featured a sky light, wooden trussing as well as white concrete rings. The front entrance was created to shelter it from the rain.

It never reached completion due to it's sheer size and lack of inspiration. However parts of it were complete.

Book Collection

There was a room build in the back corner for rare and important books to be displayed and read. It is inspired by the rare books collection room at the TPL Reference Library.

Reading Room

There was a reading room situated in the basement of the library and had an expansive and open design.

Secret Reading Room

There was a secret reading room through the main basement area through the small pond built down there.
