The condo tower was a mega project envisioned by David, the idea was to have a lower "podium" level with amenities and large scale operations, and in the upper floors create something more condo-like housing various farms, rooms, builds and other things as seen fit.
Amenities & Builds
The tower featured many builds and amenities, often crammed in together to make the most efficient use of space.
Garage
The garage featured space for horse parking, chests, a workstation and farms in a loft style overhang.
Events & Activities
The Condo Tower is one of the few locations Jarrad has performed for compensation on the server. His debut performance was paid for in iron ingots by David.
