New Halifax was a settlement and base constructed by Matt during the Dock & New Halifax server. A major build site and feature of the world, New Halifax emulated a natural, starter base theme with proper districted organization. The town consisted of a neighbourhood district with four houses, a restaurant, and a church. There was also a downtown district which included a major terraforming construction project as well as the Twin Towers, as well as an island district that was a planned expansion of New PEI.
