The terrain height introduced many new challenges for us to overcome, leading to interesting bases and new forms of transportation. Ideas were abundant. The map features a rainbow bridge, a hole to bedrock at spawn, and a penis-shaped base.

First Amplified SMP was a 1.6.1 version of the server than ran from July 2013 to March 2014. It was built with amplified terrain generation settings, and featured a quantity of players and builds.

This was one of few servers that was kept updated with snapshot versions, and saw several server events occur including the derailment of the server monorail as result of a flying minecart bug. Completing its duration in 1.7.5, it stands as the server that underwent the most official version releases.

This is one of the earliest SMP servers that we still have the files for. Amplified generation was brand new when we started this server, having just been introduced in a snapshot. It was a welcome change from the usual Minecraft gameplay.

The terrain height introduced many new challenges for us to overcome, leading to interesting bases and new forms of transportation. Ideas were abundant. The map features a rainbow bridge, a hole to bedrock at spawn, and a penis-shaped base.

This server also began with a death-counting feature using the scoreboard system. Unfortunately this lead to Angus being hunted to make him the first player with 100 deaths. The display of deaths was removed after that and instead showed more mundane things.
