Back when terracotta was still called hardened clay, and it first came to Minecraft, it was one of the few ways to get any colour into a build, while having a relatively flat texture. The update that brought this to Minecraft inspired the creation of this small modernist cottage in the desert. [[Matt|Matt's]] [[TNTopolis|base]] on the [[Shaynevasion]] server featured a path leading to a [[Memphis Hotel|hotel]], and an area for other players to build small structures and contribute to the landscape.
